Power Pitching Targets:

1. M. Bumgarner, SF ($11,300 DK, $10,300 FD)To MadBum or NOT to MadBum, that is the question. We are of the general opinion that tonight he's good to go. Faired well against DBacks in April. Looked great against the Dodgers last week. San Francisco is favored. [-155] ARI's lineup has a 21.8% K rate vs lefties. Triple-A rook on the other side can only mean good things. The scale weighs heavy in Madbums favor tonight and you should give him strong consideration. The DBack bats aren't anything to sneeze at and if they get going they could make you regret this decision. Even knowing that MadBum still sounds good.

2. J. Paxton, SEA ($12,200 DK, $10,100 FD)James is hotter than a jalapeño pepper that's been dipped in hot sauce. Seattle has now won the last six starts that Paxton has pitched and during that stretch he has allowed only six runs through 39 1/3 innings with 46 strikeouts. I mean you'd be STUPID not to consider James Paxton tonight. Then there's the stuff that worries me. For whatever reason KC scares Paxton: KC hitting .360 vs James Paxton in 28 at bats. KC's lineup has a 17.5% K rate vs lefties. KC's lineup has a .327 wOBA vs lefties. KC's lineup has a .173 ISO vs lefties. That's enough to scare me into personally favoring MadBum, HOWEVER his jalapeño status means he'll have to be in some of your lineups.

Purposefully left DeGrom off the list, he should do alright but facing Dodgers is worrisome, especially with Darvish on the other side. Going to avoid that game, but maybe it's for you. Peacock deserves your consideration as well.
