Power Pitching Targets:

1. A. Wood, LAD ($9600 DK, $9600 FD)On paper, Alex is the best power pitcher tonight facing the Chicago White Sox(45-70) he's got pretty much everything going for him. Enjoying an advantage at Dodger Stadium: #2 most pitcher-friendly park. CHW's lineup has a 24% K rate vs lefties. CHW's lineup has a .112 ISO vs lefties. Couple minor complaints is... wind is blowing outward slightly, and he hasn't been "too" special as of late. That being said, taking into account all of the power pitching tonight, Alex has the most upside for the price and the best matchup all things considered.

2. J. deGrom, NYM ($12,600 DK, $10,600 FD)Uphill battle tonight for deGrominator. HOWEVER, he is named Jacob "the King" deGrom for a reason. He'll be doing plenty of striKING Yankees out this evening. This is projected to be a pitchers dual w/Sonny Gray on the other side. Which makes me think it's got potential to be high scoring. To that regard, you'll need every bit of deGrom's strikeout ability to make this play work. If Alex Wood feels like a trap, then maybe deGrom's work horse reliability is better suited. Here's a final confidence boost: NYY hitting .200 vs Jacob deGrom in 30 at bats.
